Zero Gradi offers a delightful mix of gelato, unique cube-shaped croissants, cannoli, and more. I ordered to go and was impressed by the quality. The matcha latte was exceptional, perfectly balanced with a rich, creamy texture. The pistachio raspberry cube croissant was a standout, combining a delicious flavor profile and crispiness, with a fun, unique shape. The service was excellent, with friendly staff making the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy quality pastries and beverages.

Very tiny seating space I thought this would be a place one could work since it has coffee but that is not the case. Croissant was not high quality it wasn’t flaky or anything it was just a lame croissant. Coffee is cool it isn’t spectacular. I didn’t try the ice cream so maybe that’s good

Flavor good, but I'm not sure about the flats croissant trend. They get a little dry and chewy.

My biggest disappointment was the price. I do really believe that would sell more if they where to lower the price. $7 for a croissant is too expensive, you should aim for it to be below $5.

I was there on a Sunday and the parking lot was packed but this place was not.

They have good service and it all looks fantastic but I do think you are scaring of customers when they have to pay $10 for a coffee and a croissant.

Also, this location needs a tidy up.

We were excited to try out Zero Gradi after hearing good things about their main location in Dallas. Unfortunately, the pastries here are not as fresh and are not baked in-house.

We got the chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and raspberry pistachio cube. The croissants were pretty dry and tasted like bread. The almond croissant was also overcooked and too crispy on the outside.

The best thing was the cube but it was a lot smaller than I expected. It had a good bite but there was a bit much of the cream on the inside as it kept bursting out.

The layout is also odd as the main area is very cramped and the seating area is kind of hidden. Would benefit a lot from more of an open layout. Overall, a little disappointed considering the expectations and the price of the pastries.

There was a wait due to only one person working with several people in line when I came.

The sizes are laughable, 2 scoops here would be 3/4th a scoop somewhere else. For the price, it's not really justifiable.

The gelato itself wasn't great either. The cookie butter was crumbly and falling apart instead of being smooth.

It's a cute store but I wouldn't go here if I'm craving ice cream when other places like Botolino exists.

went here to try some of the pastries and they were rlly good! the atmosphere was amazing and the self service to dispose of your own trash was rlly cool. i also got a cute to go box for my strawberry croissant so that was nice too ^^ and the blonde girl working up front was rlly sweet too! my only issue was that i expected more treats but thats okay. we will be back 🙂

I was looking for this kind of croissant shapes around Frisco, and there it is! Been a croissant lover for ages. Everywhere we go I make sure to go to the nearest bakery and find a good tasting croissant! ZeroGradi never fail to impress me, it’s not only aesthetically good, but also the flavor is so amazing! Can’t describe how yummy their pastries are! And every bite is bursting with flavors! Not too sweet, just right! And oh! Did I fail to mention that the fillings on those croissants are packed! Oozing and amazing! Looking for more exciting flavors!

The desserts offered were really good. Drove an hour to try the croissants and they were worth it! My husband also ordered a vanilla latte from Aayan, and he says it’s the best he’s ever had! We will be back.
