Awesome little restaurant in downtown Aberdeen, NC. Had the "Paulson" sandwich (meatloaf) and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I ever had in my whole life. They also have a huge selection at the bar if you partake in that sort of thing. 10/10 must visit.

Korean tacos with bulgogi were fantastic. Flavorful and fulfilling. Fresh ingredients with a delightful fusion of flavor. Ordered hot sauce on the side to give it more of a kick. Three tacos with water and hot sauce for $19.00. Service was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean and tidy. It was cool how they were playing the Olympics by the bar. Free parking around the corner in the lot. My friend also enjoyed the bbq pulled pork mac & cheese but would have liked more meat in it.

Great find on google maps while passing through on work trip. Very friendly server and nice casual ambience. The menu had a nice variety to select from. Couldn’t enjoy, but they have a large beer selection on draft and in can. Full service bar. Would be a great place to enjoy a sandwich or plate and cold beverage. Wish I was local to enjoy frequently.

Workshop Tavern has great food and drinks. The specials here are delicious. I had the jerk pork sandwich and the "Big Mac" Mac and cheese. Both were great. If your after something lighter thd salad here is very fresh. The bar and an extensive list of spirits and 2 dollar Hams beer!

Have been in the process of relocating to Aberdeen the past few days, have been stopping in as I don’t have a lot of time to cook with the moving and all. The pricing is reasonable, it definitely seems as if it’s the local’s main spot. Alcohol wise, they have the largest selection for a small town I think I’ve ever seen, and they make great drinks. Service wise, everyone in there introduced themselves to me and I felt super welcome. Even the locals were throwing up a chat here and there. Food was probably where they shined the most. The portion sizes were generous, especially for the affordability of the specials. But all 4 meals I’ve had there were amazing. I’d say, if you’re looking for a rowdy “nightlife” scene, this bar prolly wouldn’t be for you. But if you’re looking for a laid back, few drinks, do some local small town shopping, and maybe catch a bite to eat, would definitely recommend.

This place will always be a MUST visit for us. The food is always fantastic. We got mac and cheese bowls, the havana, pretzels, side salad and the tacos. Everything tasted 10/10. The salad greens were so fresh and crunchy. You can tell everyone puts in 100% in this business. The workers and owners are so friendly and kind. The waitress was excellent. Very attentive. The entire place was clean too. Thanks so much!!

We popped in for a couple cocktails based on the photos in the Google reviews. We were not disappointed! My bf ordered the smoked old fashion and I ordered “endless summer” from seasonal drinks. The endless summer was delicious and unique, featuring undulated grapefruit juice.

I also noticed the food being brought out to tables — looked and smelled great. I look forward to coming back!

The food was great! I got the spicy chicken Mac and cheese and loved it. Couldn’t finish the entire thing, huge portion but that only left me with more to enjoy later. 4 stars because the waitress acted very short, not friendly and didn’t check up on us very much.
