I visited the bar recently and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience.

First, the customer service was disappointing. One of the staff members, a tall man with a mustache, was particularly rude and unprofessional. He acted like he owned the place and made the interaction unpleasant. He seemed dismissive when we raised a concern, and his attitude really dampened the mood of the evening.

On a positive note, the server who handled the smoking section was quite the opposite. He was polite, approachable, and humble, which was a relief after the initial interaction. I appreciated his efforts to ensure we were comfortable.

The ambiance was good and set a nice vibe for the evening, but the food didn’t live up to expectations.

They have live music and it is really a great experience. Their service was really slow on weekends maybe due to too much crowd coming in. There are 2 sittings, indoor and outdoor. Indoor is more preferable in summer and not easy to get. They have a good variety of drinks but a very limited variety of food options. Food was above average. This place is a smoking zone for cigarette and hukka lovers. Someone who is allergic to all these should avoid this place.

The website from where you place your order is placing order from your side without reflecting it on your device plus without any other invoices. And you have add it to your orders whether you placed it or not. So be carefull to only place orders to waiters and don't even think to scan the QR on tables. Instead ask them for a printed menu. To all the people who visit this property keep this in mind.

This place has one of the coolest vibes in Nagpur. It's an indoor seating area with Great Music & Live screening. The Crowd coming is quite decent. It serves some tasty food though a bit expensive. Even on weekdays it's a great place to visit and has a great atmosphere. The service here is really good. Highly Recommended for a memorable outing with friends !

Very disappointing and weird experience at HOB.
The name has "Beer" but they don't even know how to serve it. ?
Guy's how adds ice to beer ? (Observe the top layer of beer tower)
The food was too not up to the mark.
Wasted around 1800 and went to a different place.
But the worst thing was the waiter.. nighter apologetic nor humble.
HOB you need to resolve issues.
Ruined our evening.

Good Please sheesha lovers. Didn't have any food so can't comment on it. Sheesha we got was average. Was expecting something better for 1000 bucks. Service was moderate. Since it was not crowded they had few people only for stewarding. Overall it was a Decent experience.

"I regret to say that my recent dining experience at this restaurant fell far short of expectations. From the moment I entered, the ambiance seemed promising, but unfortunately, the service quickly turned sour.

Upon being seated, it took an uncomfortably long time for a waiter to acknowledge our presence, and when they finally did, their demeanor was apathetic at best. They took our orders hastily, barely listening to our requests, and seemed more preoccupied with rushing through their tasks than ensuring customer satisfaction.

As we waited for our food, the atmosphere grew increasingly tense as the minutes stretched into what felt like an eternity. When our meals finally arrived, they were not only lukewarm but also poorly executed. It was evident that little care had been taken in their preparation, and the presentation left much to be desired.

To add insult to injury, when we attempted to address our concerns with the waiter, they were dismissive and unapologetic, displaying a lack of professionalism and customer service skills.

In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. While the potential for a pleasant dining experience may exist, it was overshadowed by subpar service and mediocre food quality. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others until significant improvements are made in both the front and back of house operations."
