L'insalata della casa è semplicemente un'insalata mista, il vino della casa (cioè la bottiglia che quella sera hanno già aperto) era pessimo.

Happy Hour $6 Paninis are incredible!!! Try the Cedar (tri-tip) or tge State (chicken meatball marinara). I believe the happy hour is from 4-6pm

On Friday nights, they have a live singer who is amazing! I can't believe how good this guy is! The happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 on bottles of wine and draft beer and amazing Italian food is to die for. You have to check this place out.

This establishment offers an impeccable wine selection and the happy hour menu is replete with Panini's and daily specials. The proprietor is fabulous and the service is timely and professional. Highly recommended for groups who want to socialize or individuals who simply want to relax.

The food is always very good here. Great lunch spot, however not for over a party of 4. I made a reservation for our party the day before, in time for them to maybe pull in someone half day to accommodate a large lunch reservation. Only 1 server was working. Our drinks were served half way into our meal, some had finished their meal before served their beverage. I was told minutes before arriving that individual tickets aren't available, and they only accept 4 credit cards for the entire bill. Some paid cash at the register while she was figuring out our bill in order to get back to work. When the ticket was re-ran, gratuity was charged again. This spot isn't equipped for larger party's for lunch. It's unfortunate, because I don't believe anyone at our table will return.

Great for a light meal with a good atmosphere.
On a business trip so on my own but it feels friendly in here. There's a TV showing the game. The steak panini and the wine I had was good and the salads on other tables looked good too. Would come back if I visit again. Coffee was a cafetiere therefore fresh and very good.

This place is a hidden gem in Little Italy! As a native Californian, I can honestly say that this is one of the few places that truly do California cuisine and produce justice. The wine list is fantastic and perfectly complements the food menu. Incredible specials and happy hour as well. No frills: just good wine and food. It's nice to not feel like I'm paying for ambiance: it's just naturally there.

Try the Moroccan cous cous salad: it's SO delicious!

Really cool quite bar to have a glass of wine with a date, which is exactly what I did and we had a great time. Quiet atmosphere and friendly waiter with good selections of wine. I will come back here again when I'm in San Diego.
