Lovely place. Everyone at a large table enjoyed their meals. Having a bread basket would have been nice. It took a while to get drinks and for all to order.

My favorite restaurant in Newport Beach. My go to is the bucatini, but I just tried the Kurobata Tomahawk pork chop, and it was incredible! It was even better than the tomahawk pork chop served by Margot in Culver City. 10/10 love bringing my friends and family here! Laura was amazing and made our night!

We were exploring the area when we got hungry, and CUCINA enoteca immediately caught our eye. Stepping inside felt like entering a warm Italian evening. The restaurant was beautifully lit, with a comfy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

We decided to share a pizza and a pasta dish, and weren't disappointed. The flavors were spot on – you could tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. I opted for an IPA, which was nice and hoppy, just the way I like it.

Overall, CUCINA enoteca was a delightful surprise. The food was delicious, the ambiance was inviting, and it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after our little adventure. While I can't pinpoint anything extraordinary, everything came together for a really enjoyable dining experience.  We'll definitely be back to try more of their menu next time we're in the area!

The restaurant is beautiful. I love the wall of wine bottles. The greeters were super nice. We went during rush hour. They didn’t have a table available. We sat at the bar table. The atmosphere was kick back. Every one was in their own world with their dates. I had the chicken Parmesan. Delicious. My date had an avocado salad with hardly any avocados. I had the lavender lemonade. Which was good. My date said it tasted like soap. She had the summer drink. Which she said it was heavy on the alcohol. I thought it was perfect. The waiter was very nice and courteous. Thank you cucina.

Wonderfully curated decor! You feel like you're someplace special. Open and airy! Love the vintage/antique and the innovative way in which it's is used. Friendly server, Alaina! Nice birthday dinner!! Branzino delicious!

Our late lunch was great, the focaccia was so delicious, every bite was so satisfying! The squid pasta was healthy cooking but very yummy and the Parmesan cheese fries is must-have! The patio area is beautiful with many hanging plants and rattan chairs, very bright and cozy ! I will always think of here when I’m coming Fashion Island.

Went with a party of 6 for dinner on a Monday night. It was pretty empty so it was nice and not too loud to talk with each other.

We tried a lot of the appetizers: my favorite was the focaccia and the cauliflower. The portion sizes (for all the dishes really) are definitely on the smaller side, but the quality of the dishes and ingredients were all very high.

Among our party we tried a variety of main dishes: the artichoke + spinach ravioli and rigatoni bolognese were crowd favorites. The short rib mafaldine came with a lot of meat and was one of the few dishes that had enough to take home leftovers. The roasted salmon had incredible crispy skin though I was disappointed with the size of the filet. I’m not a big eater by any means and I was able to clean my plate!

The fennel sausage pizza with potato was the least liked dish of the night. It was big enough to share but it’s very thin and the flavors didn’t impress.

Altogether it was a lovely meal with great company! It would have been made an even better night if there were larger portions, but the dishes are expertly made.
