I would have given 5 stars because they really are a great bakery. My mom went there when I was a kid (in the 60's) and I go there too.
I took off a star because it is near impossible to call and have them answer the phone. It is either busy forever (and I understand many people call) or if it does pick up you get sent in a never ending loop and still never speak to anyone. Very frustrating.
UPDATE~I'm guessing because I took one star off and because they really care about their customers....I received an email offering me 20% off my next visit. Changing my review to 5 stars because of that. Super nice and really good business!!

We've been coming to Bea's for many years. We try to make a stop at Bea's driving up from Irvine to visit family in the Valley. We love the mini eclairs! The chocolate on the eclairs is just heavenly.

1st time visiting and my answer is...

This is a piece of heaven right here!

There are so many options. The variety is almost overwhelming, but it brought out the kid in me instead. I wanted one of almost everything, lol!
We did get a wide selection, and every morsel was delicious and enjoyed.
My personal favorite was the Russian cake square thing, and I will crave that now.
I will absolutely look forward to returning again. Yum yum!

Customer for over 35 years. Ordered a birthday cake, just like usual. Came with no flowers and the thinnest coating of frosting I have ever seen. Very disappointing. My husband picked it up. I would have made them fix it - but what a joke that cake was. Could not have been more cheaply made

I bought 3 round challas for the holiday - the plain, apple and raisin - all were dry, and tasted like cardboard. Wish I could get my $30 back. Will never buy from here again. I heard the owner and baker changed - please learn how to make good challah!

Really good vibes and service, unfortunately their cakes are very dry. The frosting on the cakes is excellent, but the cakes were too dry/maybe old? to enjoy fully. The napoleon is fantastic though!

First time trying this place and it was really good. They have a huge selection of fresh pastries and bread. Prices are reasonable.
