This place honestly is amazing!!! We were seated really quickly, and were asked for starting drinks honestly just as soon as we decided what we wanted.

I must admit the food did take a while to prepare because they delivered EVERYTHING at once instead of bringing the food to us right when it was ready. That’s about the only thing I didn’t like there…

The food itself was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, it was really good!! The plantains were so good :D. Probably my favorite thing from what we ordered to be honest, the plantain chips were also stunning! I would definitely go again.

The service was really good overall, the waitress serving us was so very polite.

The music there is amazing!!! Very authentic and festive!!! The place felt very inviting!!!

The restaurant and bathrooms there were also very clean.

They have outside seating as well as inside which was nice.

Overall this place is a definite 5 stars and the only downside being the wait time for food, they should bring the food as soon as it’s ready instead of waiting for your whole order to be done. Even with that minor downside this place deserves to be a 5 star. 😀 Definite recommend!!!

The description for the Tostachas on the website says: “ Choice of picadillo beef, black beans or both. Nachos gone Cuban with tostones, tomato, guacamole, queso fresco & habanero aioli.” Given that it is supposed to be similar to nachos, I expected a bag of tostones. I received 3 tostones for an entire tray of contents… If it was only going to be 3 they should have specified that on the website. Who can eat all of this with only 3 tostones? I had to get out regular chips.

I have to admit, I felt cheated when we walked into Cuba Cuba. I just thought they had sandwiches. They did and more - Mojitos, Ceviche & Mariquitas, Vaca Frita, Ropa Vieja.
The restaurant was open and bright, a nice breeze coming through. The host checked on us a few times as well as our server. The food was hot and full of unique flavors. Both dishes had a very different flavor.
We are definitely looking forward to another visit.

The smashed steak was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and juicy with a flavorful chimichurri sauce that had just the right amount of tanginess. The sweet plantains were a delightful addition, perfectly caramelized and bursting with sweetness. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, and the beans were rich and creamy, adding a satisfying depth of flavor to the meal. Every bite was a symphony of taste and texture, making this a truly memorable dining experience.

Love the food here! Having lived for a time in Miami and lived off authentic Cuban sandwiches, bustello Cafe con Leche, and guayaba con queso pastelitos, this is the most authentic cuban food I can find in Denver or Colorado Springs vicinity. Not quite calle ocho, but only problems: a few common cuban food staples totally missing.. no media noche cubanos because they don't have the right yellow bread.. they have fries and not picnic dry potato sticks.. no rabo (ox tail), and no paella.. but what they DO have is awesome. Croquettas are on point, the Cuban sandwiches are great, and the picadello is wonderful. Ate here a week or so back with a huge table of almost 15 people (wife's siblings in town) and they did everything they could to accommodate us. She just had to call a day or two in advance. Was great. Thank you guys, will definitely be back.

Really good Pan con Bistec, a pressed Cuban steak sandwich made with caramelized onions, fried steak, and crispy potato sticks! Nice patio and atmosphere.

I eat Cuban and Puerto Rican food a lot and was left a bit unsatisfied. I had lechón with white rice and black beans and pretty much gave away the whole dish. The lechón was lacking serious flavor and the rice seemed as if it were jasmine rice - note that I could be mistaken- but the flavor was just not something I would expect to find in a Cuban restaurant, although maybe I missed a description on the menu? The black beans were good and I did enjoy the tostones that I dipped a bit in the beans. The tostones, yucca frita, and the pan were all delicious and i did eat a lot of those items. My dinner companion had the vaca frita and I did taste it, with both agreeing it was delicious and tender- went well with the tostones. They liked the rice but then again they do like jasmine rice and that kind of rice “flavor”. We did have drinks that were well made and was worth the price. Service was good, quick but no problems. Perhaps coming from a city with tons of Cuban options has also impacted my taste buds but I def expected more flavor and bang for the reviews.

We really like Cuba Cuba. The sandwiches are amazing and their entrees are equally impressive. It’s our go to spot if we want to Togo a quick meal or dine in.
