Putting half your tvs on ESPN does not make you a sports bar. NEVER plan on going here if you actually want to watch sports. I've walked in and seen spanish soap operas on their big screen while actual games are on. I've seen people ask to change the channels and the staff simply doesn't care.

I LOVE THIS PLACE - on Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays. The female bartender that works those nights is an absolute joy. Her drinks are awesome & her personality is even better than her drinks. It's a place I go to when I've had a hard day. Great atmosphere, entertaining. But if you want food, order before you actually are hungry because the food court take their time getting the food to you. That has happened to me everytime I order food thru the bartender.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My coworkers and I went there for karaoke. We got there at 6PM to have drinks and play pool before karaoke started. We were told that karaoke was going to start at 8 pm. Around 8:15, we asked again about karaoke. We were told he may start up at 9. We decided to wait. We had an early flight in the morning. When 9 pm. came, and there was no sign of the KJ, we asked what's going on. We were told that the kj wasn't coming and that this is a regular thing with him. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because it was my decision to go there versus the other karaoke places. I should've known something was wrong when I called ahead of time, and the number listed was for a cell phone that no one answered.

Horrible service. I have never been treated as rudely as the way the bartender lady treated me today. The bartender when I asked for a drink in a glass cup said she’s trying to save those as she was running out and wanted to give me a drink in a plastic cup even though I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER she made it seem like a hassle complaining out loud. We left $0 tip due to the lack of customer service and mistreatment then she says out loud in front of everyone there WOW NO TIP then walks over to some customers who I’m guessing are regulars who started laughing at us while looking at us. We then went to the front of the place to talk to management the guy in the front playing games on his phone looked up and then proceeded to tell us she Can say whatever she wants and then we asked for his name and then we asked the MANAGER what his name is and he then proceeded to say im not giving it to you I did nothing wrong you don’t need it. Overall terrible service I would never recommend this place to anyone

This place is great. They have really good food and drinks from their restaurant and bar. They have about a dozen TVs including a gigantic one to watch all the different sports that are being played. And if you get bored you can go watch people bowling. Really nice place to hang out.

Karaoke leader is partial & favors his locals!
It would be wise of them 2 mix it up(w/ a different leader or solo acoustic artist or sumpthing creative) since they spent so much $ revamping the place! **The owner should drink @ home & not embarrass his employees/ business by getting up on stage all sloshed = very ill professional!!

Went with some friends one Saturday night for karaoke. As far as I know it did not start on time and the KJ was either picking people or songs he liked and NOT in the order in which people turned them in. It was a full bar with lots of people signed up to sing but he was still playing filler songs between singers as if it was a slow night. Was one of the first 10 singers to sign up but didn’t sing till nearly 2.5 hours into the night. Bar seems perfectly fine, the KJ really stinks tho. Don’t go for karaoke, that’s my recommendation.

Oh, also the bar does not allow you to have children (I’m talking babies) after 9pm. There is nothing about this posted anywhere but it might be relevant for those if you with young children still trying to have a social life. Bowling alley is fine with them though.

Place is ok. Did a lot of renovations. My biggest complaint is they are always out of beers different beers and who ever does the ordering is terrible. It takes forever for them to get the beer back in stock
