I went yesterday to this Target because I was in the area and I wanted to take advantage of the Trade-in car seat deal. I was having issues scanning the barcode and I asked one of the cashiers for assistance, the manager who was closed by came and helped me. She was SO helpful, kind and patient. She is probably one of the nicest managers I have ever met. I wish I got her name. I think it starts with a B. This super nice lady took the time to make sure my husband, my baby and I left content with the car seat we wanted to buy. People like this make your day. I hope she continues to spread her positivity.

Security needs to have more experience they have customers walking in the stores the last time I was there, I saw a homeless female hitting a guy who was walking in the store target on the location. She was hitting him and hitting him and the guy who was walking inside this target Security needs to Customer skills when you see something don’t just stand there. Do nothing you need to act.

Security needs to work on their customer service/communication skills.
We’ve been going to this neighbor Target for over 2 decades. My sister and I were in the self checkout lane with less than 10 items and we were paying separately.
We separated the cart with our items. My sister paid then I paid. As I am give her my keys because I forgot to grab an item.. A teenager security guard walks up “actually you’re missing 2,3,4 items”
Me: “No.”
Teenager security: “Did you pay separately?”
Me: “yes.”
Teenager security: sees receipt in cart and my sister hands him her.
At this point, I walked away because I needed to get the item I forgot. Otherwise, I would’ve made my complaint verbal.
Please work on your security’s communication skills. Asking for a receipt is a lot better than accusing someone of stealing items. Just because this is in Santa Ana doesn’t mean customers should be treated with less respect.

i had a pretty bad experience at this location. i had a list of different items from different areas of the store and they really didn't have that much of what i needed in stock. the aisles were dirty and items were messy in most. the store was extremely crowded with none of the employees cleaning up the store either.

This target is very hit or miss. I went over the weekend and the selves where very empty. I stop by every few months and look at the grocery section and the holiday section. Always make sure to check the clearance sections... The one by the pharmacy can have some really good deals. Overall not my favorite target but it will do in a pinch.

One star is one too many. I have informed the store on a number of occasions and now it's just gotten ridiculous. This store is always a mess and the employees there are a huge part of the problem. I said I would not go back due to them never having any of the items I need in stock, but am tired of the inconvenience of having to drive elsewhere because this Target can't seem to get it together. Shame on me for trusting it would be any different, but to my surprise they actually had my soap in stock for once. I was there last night and the photos are the result of my horrible shopping experience. The store was a disaster!!! None of the scanners were working and as you can see the aisles were littered with merchandise. What the hell is going on Target? I once heard you are guilty by association based on the company you keep... well that was evident as one of the employees named "Hue" was talking VERY loud and inappropriately telling another associate that she was a "wild child" etc. At first I thought it was another shopper and to my surprise it was an associate. So it comes as no surprise the place looks like a zoo since wild children seem to be running the show there! Take a look for yourself. SHAME on the people who make a mess in the first place like littering the parking lot and evidently the store, BUT REALLY SHAME ON YOU TARGET AND MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING ANY PART OF THIS AND NOT ADDRESSING IT. The whole experience at this location for the past 8-9 months up till last night has been just awful and it was not surprising while walking through the store that I over heard other shoppers commenting "This Target sucks"...my sentiments exactly. This Target is horrible and I am wondering how many bad reviews it will take for anyone there to reach out and or at the very least start to take notice? It's time to wake up Target Management!

Store does not answer the phone and is poorly managed. Tried many times and even heard store answer and then hang up.

Could not find anything for my ear , which feels clogged . I could not find the product placement at ll . No one around to help or seemed too busy .
