A great place to catch happy hour at! The District offers a large parking area and the environment is nice and clean. I enjoyed the burgers and cold beer. Shout out to Fabian at the bar!

Late night happy hour seems like a great value.

However, the shots seemed pretty watered down and that specific night their fryer or something wasn't working so we couldn't get any fried items... which was half the menu LOL

The server was polite but seemed maybe tired from the night? It was pretty much degenerate hours but some friends were in town and we were just trying to catch up.

Wouldn't really be my first choice for late night happy hour but maybe I'l give it another try next time

We enjoyed our food here. It was worth the price, but nothing to rave about. The service was a bit slow but they were kind. It was a good place to kill some time while we waited on our movie time, but not sure it would be a sole destination.

The appetizers were decent, but this side of asparagus was $6 ?

I usually can’t calculate the cost of individual asparagus spears at a restaurant.

Maryam T and her fellow lady coworker are excellent ambassadors for this restaurant. Their spirit, banter, service and sincerity were most welcome. Great attention to detail.
Had the chicken quesadilla and it was delicious and filling. Loaded with fillings!
The whole place's vibe started to pickup around 4:30 on this Thursday. Great Happy Hour. Everyone made it fun!

Great atmosphere! So nice to sit outside by the fireplace with the heaters on while chatting it up with my friends! We ordered appetizers only, had a variety of good food, and my friends ordered some mixed drinks that looked absolutely scrumptious! I was driving, so I only ordered unsweetened tea which was also great! Are the service was there, I came to dinner about 20 minutes after my friends had arrived, and the server did not bring me any utensils or napkins, and took about 20 minutes to come out and ask if I would like to order food. Overall, our server was very friendly and sweet though, and we were seated very separately from her other tables. So thankful to have had the opportunity to dine here with my friends! Definitely would recommend!

Bar Louie is a very laid-back and cool place to just chill. The food is pretty good and of course the drinks are delicious on a warm summer day.

We went to meet friends, and since they got there before us, they selected seating on the patio. The tables all have umbrellas, and the chairs are not uncomfortable. The place is clean, tidy, and well kept.

The staff are as cool and laid back as the atmosphere, yet they always seem to be right there when you need them. At least this was the case with our waiter. Simply put, he was pretty awesome.

At the end of the day, when the bill arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting.

My first experience at Bar Louie was better than good. Not quite great as it was an afternoon visit and we did not order supper, but I'm looking forward to when that happens so I can experience this establishment again.
